Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they govern your use of Dixon Handyman Services (hereby referred to by "we", "us", "our") for all handyman work and estimates/quotations, including our website and all images, pictures, and other media and materials made available to you by us, either through this website or by any other method.
 
 
2. By using our services in any way, manner or means, you agree to these terms.
 
If you do not agree to these terms, then you must not use our services in any way.
 
 
3. We reserve the right to amend, alter, change or otherwise edit any and all of these terms at any time without prior notice.
 
 
4. Our estimates and quotations are produced containing as much information and details as we feel necessary to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
 
If you feel that something is missing or you would like to ask us a question regarding an estimate/quotation, please do so at your earliest convenience.
 
 
5. All prices quoted either on our website, in person, or using any other means are based on there being no complicating factors or additional unexpected works being required to carry out the job agreed between us in advance.
 
 
6. All work performed and materials provided by us remain the property of Dixon Handyman Services until full payment is received via cash, bank transfer, cleared cheque or PayPal transfer.
 
 
7. Access to and collection of materials, equipment and plant etc remains in place until full payment is received via one of the methods mentioned above.
 
 
8. Part payments, interim payments and deposits may be agreed between you and us subject to circumstances.
 
 
9. Accepting a quotation provided by us, whether in writing or agreed verbally, and agreeing to the commencement of works will bring these terms and conditions into effect.
 
 
10. Public Liability Insurance is provided up to the sum of £5,000,000, and this sum is subject to increase, at which time the updated details will be posted here.

11. All client information is retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and all client details will remain confidential.
 
 
12. Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website belongs to, and is wholly owned by us.
 
At no time will you modify, sell, share, rent, loan, or distribute our content without our prior express written permission.
 
 
13. There may be information on this website or any other content provided by us that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and various information.
 
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on this website or any other content provided by us at any time without prior notice.
 
 
14. At no point will we be held liable for any content that appears in or on any third party website, product or service not owned or operated by us, whether or not that third party website, product or service is linked to by us anywhere on this site or elsewhere.
 
 
15. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
 
 
16. Any and all disputes between parties are to be dealt with by the laws of England & Wales.
 
 
17. No responsibility is taken by us for damage or any other defects already present in client supplied materials or property.
 
 
18. We cannot and will not be held liable for any matters arising from circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
